People talk a lot about (the real estate market). They also talk about the stock market. Only trouble is they are completely different. The stock market is a single entity. It’s prices are consistence. For instance if you buy stock in California or Chicago it is the same price. But if you buy a house in Detroit it is not the same price. There is no one market.
